Access help!!!! types of data entry and data processing?

Hey for a gcse task i need to test my database.
In the specification it says i need to show at least ten test that are data entry stages or processing of data stages.
I don’t really know what different types of data entry and processing of data are. Could someone help me out please and give me a list of some different types of each. Thanks a lot
